Jun 2, 2005 - I've seen a number of 'Demo' DVD's on ebay with trailers and other stuff designed to show off your Home Theather. Some of them come in 'dts'. DTS demo trailers HD for download in DTS ES, DTS-HD MA and DTS:X, presented in vob, mkv and m2ts files. There are a few audio and video recordings that can be found as DTS demo trailers HD, CD, DVD. At Demolandia we are responsible for collecting a library with the most useful and important demonstration files, trailers and tests that.

Let me save you some trouble: outside of the (3) test tone tracks, the 2016 DTS Demo disk is a real let-down. I thought the Gravity thing was such an obvious bait-and-switch that it had to be an inside joke. Why else would you put one of the most popular (and well done) Atmos titles on a DTS disk? It would be like Dolby putting a Jurassic Park/World demo on their disk!

I guess the lack of good material is indicative of just how far behind DTS is in the immersive game; for the record, I think the 2015 Atmos Demo disk is outstanding. I think I'll wait: Well like I replied in the other thread these quotes are from I am not buying anything. It's a simple download and 15 burn onto blank blurays I had or needed for other reasons anyway. I know the dts demo disc isn't full X or as nice as the latest atmos demo disc but it's got some cools stuff on there and isn't costing me anything but a few key clicks while I'm watching a show or browsing the forums anyway. I still like having them for some quick demo material and the more the better.

Got the September 2015 Atmos demo through the link provided (big thanks!). It is MUCH better than the previous edition Got mine working and I agree. Only knock I have is my Kscape doesn't handle the disc format as well (on the '14 disc, kscape cataloged all the individual tracks and I can play them direct from Kscape menu, but on the '15 I have to keep going back to main menu). Some nice new demos on it.

Move movie tracks, which is good, because I think the transformers one is pretty weak (too much music). The Game of Thrones one is nice. Still not necessarily the ones I would pick for Insurgent and a couple others, but still good show pieces. I love that opening to Mad Max, so glad they included it. Also, the the glass breaking/baseball demo and additional music is great. Thanks a bunch to those that got this up for us to download.
