Unfortunately this patch got released only for PES 2010, the creators did not release the patch for PES 2011, 2012 and so on. With this new opportunity which Konami enabling Option File to PS4 we could gather up to get this patch working in the last PES again. I created this subreddit so we can discuss any idea or try to reach the creators of El Grande Patch.
