I ended up solving this by installing Driver 5.2.0-7a for Windows 7, Vista & XP (32 & 64 bit versions) and I wanted to post this so people searching with a similar problem may be able to solve it also.

If drivers were not downloaded automatically by Windows Update, use Device Manager to refresh the driver from Windows Update, or contact the device manufacturer.
