Oct 5, 2018 - Installer pops up and goes problem of 'Media Gallery X64.msi' trying to install from. The software will be listed in Application Manager for VAIO in Program/Feature. Gallery and C: Program files x64 Sony Media gallery.
Hello everyone, I just got my VAIO Z over the weekend. It's an AMAZING little thing - packed with performance. I'm very impressed that it has all that I need in a small 3 lb laptop! I highly recommend it (after returning by Dell Studio that sounded like an industrial fan - but that's neither here nor there).
Everything has gone well with the exception of 1 thing. I am not sure if this has already been addressed (sorry if it has).
I've been getting the following error/popup every time I start my computer. It's for 'Media Gallery MergeModules x64' and it's trying to install something. After I click 'OK' I get another error that it cannot find it. If I try cancelling it, I have to cancel it about 10 times before it goes away. I tried searching online for a fix, but not sure what to do. Thank you for the response. I tried this and it did not work.
When I tried uninstalling the program, it would not let me. I got a red X and an error.
Esbjorn svensson trio sheet music. A romantic ballad that circles along the calculating notes of Berglund and Svensson. The elegance of Part I gives way to the fury of Ostrom's rhythmic patterns that roll independently and create the basis of freedom and experimentation for the second movement.
When asking Vaio tech support they stated the error I was getting was a result of a Windows problem (windows uninstaller error or something). They had me install a Windows hotfix to fix the problem, but it did not. I did create recovery disks, however, I configured my PC enough where I do not want to now revert back to a previous state. It's strange --- it's this message to install Media Gallery MergeModules x64, that it cannot find (the.msi file), Sony cannot help me other than tell me to do a factory reinstall (F that). How can I simply get this message to stop appearing?
At this point, I don't even want Media Gallery. So, I got Revo Uninstaller to uninstall the Vaio software, but believe it or not, I still get this Media Gallery pop up!!! How can I remove it and clear it from my registry for good? Such a pain in the _____!

This is the Vaio Personalisation Manager which keeps track of your favorite music, programs etc. As far as I can work out it is designed to make personalised recommendations of music or other things you may be interested in when using Vaio Media Gallery. Rather like Amazon's Personal Recommendations. If you don't want this service then just disable it.
Go to VAIO Analysis Manager and you will find an option something like ' Preference Learning' - just uncheck it and reboot. How are you. I received your e-mail. I am attaching snapshots of my screen so that you can see what is wrong or what i have to do.i disabled the service but it has not been applied or no difference was shown after unckecked or checked. I would like to have the service enabled and updated yet do not wnat it to pop up anytime.
Could it anaylizes manually? Thank you Sincerely; Zolboo. I use Sony Vaio. The problem is that a Vaio Analysis manager / Windows Installer window keeps popping up and it suddenly exit without me even knowing what it is doing or installing.
You have to let it finish installing before uninstall it. Double click it.run the program all the way.restart.
Go to: c:/Program Files (x86)/Sony folder you will find a Vaio Uninstaller folder. In this folder there is an application and you can uninstall the Vaio applications, which you cannot find on windows programs list. Wds7 - Are there any Sony applications which can affect performance or functions when uninstalled? The reason i ask is because of the Special Note for Sony Owners in Information Special Note to Sony Vaio Owners: Software which enables Fkey functions and illumination must be reinstalled from the Sony Support Downloads webpage in the order as shown here: Should the Fkey functions and lighting be preserved by NOT uninstalling one of the apps on the menu you show? If so I'd like to add it to the Clean Up Bloatware tutorial. Wds7 - Are there any Sony applications which can affect performance or functions when uninstalled?
